Shipping

Shipping can take up to 2-3 Business Days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it was placed. This does not include weekends and holidays. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process you order.

To ensure you package is delivered to you properly please make sure your address and name is entered in correctly. We at B'vogue Cache do not take responsibility for incorrect information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
